We,  Anh Chau Manufacture and Commercial Compan Limited, confirm that the materials  used  in  the  manufacturing process of ARTEMISININ do not use any Genetically Modified Organism.

Declaration for Organic Volatile Impurities/Residual solvent

Raw Material:          Artemisia annual leafs
Company Name:       ANH CHAU MANUFACTURE  AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY LIMITED
We declared that the Organic Volatile Impurities/Residual solvent are categorized
based on ICH Q3C guideline and the following list of solvents are using in the manufacturing
process of above Raw Material.

                                          N-Hexan                       Petrolium Ethyl
We also confirm that, any change in solvents used in manufacturing process will be intimated
to you before shipment of consignment.

Control of pesticides, heavy metal content and aflatoxins.

Anh Chau Manufacture and Commercial Compan Limited does not use pesticides,
fumigants and fertilizers or any chemical in farms where Artemisinin is cultivated. Since they are not
used at any point in farming, there should be none in the Artemisinin.

If any point we were change our agriculture practice to include use of pesticides or fumigants, fertilizers
or any other chemical (s) we would notify our regular customers.

Declaration on Residual Solvents

N-Hexan is the only solvent used in the manufacturing process or plant/equipment cleaning.
Residual of N-Hexan solvent is monitored frequently every 500KG finished product.
Test methods used: Gas Chromatography
The limits applied: 290 ppm
Typical levels found in the finished product: 90-120 ppm
We will inform related parties by document any changes in solvent used
Artexport ensures that all residual solvents are removed to the extent possible to meet product
specification and other quality based requirements of pure artemisinin. The residual solvents used do not
exceed as per ICH Q3C guidelines for residual solvents.
